Oxasport brings the official FC Porto football camps experience to Belgium, delivered directly by the club’s professional academy coaches for players aged 6 to 18, girls and boys of all levels.
The FC Porto football camps are five-day intensive training programs delivered in Belgium by coaches from FC Porto’s official academy. The coaching staff travel directly from Portugal bringing with them the authentic training methodology of one of European football’s most celebrated academies — the same philosophy, the same exercises, and the same standards applied daily to developing FC Porto’s own youth players.
What sets the FC Porto camp apart is the identity behind it. FC Porto’s academy — known in Portugal as the Dragões, the Dragons — has a decades-long track record of developing players who have reached the very top of the game. The methodology your child will experience during the week is not an approximation of that system. It is the system itself, delivered by the people who live it.
Whether your child is just beginning their structured football journey or is already competing at regional level, the FC Porto football camp in Belgium is built for them. Coaches adapt every session to the group in front of them, ensuring no player is left behind and every player finishes the week having measurably improved — technically, tactically, and in confidence.
FC Porto is the most decorated Portuguese club in international competition — two UEFA Champions League titles, two UEFA Europa League trophies, two Intercontinental Cups, and a UEFA Super Cup — all built on a culture of ambition, collective identity, and relentless hard work. Their academy has produced players who have gone on to become Champions League winners, World Cup participants, and household names across European football.
The club’s identity is captured in four words: Como nós, um de nós — Like us, one of us. It is the philosophy that runs through everything at FC Porto, from the first team to the youngest academy players. At the Belgium camp, every participant is welcomed into that identity from day one — learning to play with the same passion, discipline, and collective spirit as the Dragons themselves.
That mentality — that a team built on hard work, identity, and shared values can compete with and beat anyone — is what your child carries home at the end of the week. Not just improved football skills, but a different way of thinking about the game.
The real FC Porto coaching staff — Your child is coached by official members of FC Porto’s academy coaching team, travelling directly from Portugal. They are supported by qualified local Belgian coaches throughout the week, ensuring clear communication for players of all language backgrounds. The quality and authenticity of the coaching is the foundation everything else is built on.
FC Porto’s academy methodology, live in Belgium — Every training session is designed based on the same principles used at the FC Porto Academy in Portugal — technical precision, tactical intelligence, and physical development approached as a complete package. Players work within a structured program that progresses logically across the five days, building on what they have learned session by session.
A week that develops the whole player — FC Porto’s approach goes beyond technical drills. The camp emphasises the values of the Dragons — ambition, discipline, hard work, and fair play — throughout every session and activity. On Wednesday, players take part in an indoor presentation about FC Porto’s club and values. On Thursday, FC Porto coaches lead an indoor football theory and tactical session. Players leave not just as better footballers, but as better teammates and more resilient young people.
Open to every level (girls and boys) — Both FC Porto camps in Belgium are explicitly open to all levels, from beginners to players already competing in organised football. Girls and boys are both welcome. Coaches are experienced at working with mixed ability groups and ensure every participant is appropriately challenged throughout the week.
Official FC Porto equipment and recognition — Every participant receives a complete official FC Porto camp kit — jersey, shorts, and socks — on the first morning of the camp. At the end of the week, each player receives an official FC Porto participation diploma and an individual photo. The kit is theirs to keep — a permanent reminder of a week spent training with the Dragons.
A fully structured, safe environment — The camps run from 9:00 to 16:00 each day, with extended daycare available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A warm catered lunch is served every day alongside fruit, snacks, and water throughout the day. Full sports injury insurance covers every participant for the entire week. Parents drop off and collect with complete confidence.
