In this immersive football program for youth football teams of all levels, players and their coaches can train as Atlético de Madrid players receiving trainings and attention by the Club’s Expert Coaches to learn from the Pros and improve their game through top-quality sessions.
As part of this complete experience, teams can also play friendly matches with your team against the Club’s official Academy teams based of the appropriate level, creating a well-rounded program.

At Atlético de Madrid, the Club has a long tradition of developing and training young footballers. The Club’s objective is to train players in a complete and personal way promoting values such as solidarity, teamwork and equality through the practice of football to develop well-rounded individuals, not only world-class footballers.
Coaches will bring out the best in each player by helping them to learn new skills and ways of training practiced at the Club, in a safe and secure environment where they can play sports while making friends and having fun.
Players can expect:
This Team Experience Program is 4-days long or 7 days (one full week) long. Shorter programs less than 4 days or longer than 7 days can also be organised, if requested.
The Program takes place in Madrid, Spain at Atlético de Madrid’s official state-of-the-art training complexes. It also includes visits to the Club’s Museum and Metropolitano Stadium.
Teams are free to stay at a hotel of their choice at their own expense. Accommodation can also be organised at the official Players Residence of Atlético de Madrid (if available for the program dates).
There is no specific age limit for the Team Experience Program but players must be old enough to be independent and take care of themselves during their stay, for example at their Hotel or if the teams stays at the Player Residence.
There is no specific footballing level required by the players to take part in the Team Experience program. Coaching and Sessions are adapted to the level of the group. The Academy of Atlético de Madrid has many youth teams and friendly matches can also be organised based on the appropriate level.
During the program, players will be take part in trainings by the Club’s Professional Expert Coaches. It is a unique opportunity to learn and interact with the Club’s Experts. There is also the possibility to watch training sessions of the Club’s first-team players.
